Born in May of 1986, raised in Spring Mills, PA, Julian has been a part of the Centre County community ever since those hometown days. Attending Mt. Nittany Christian Academy, then Mt. Nittany Middle School, State College High, and finally Penn State, Julian has seen the town grown and expand to ever greater heights as its changed and developed over these last 30 odd years.

A veteran, he served in the US Army as a reservist from 2011-2019, being deployed to Afghanistan in 2013-2014. It is in great part to his connection to both his home and his country that he and his wife, Heather, decided the best way to continue to serve their neighbors, as well as the servicemen they love and support, by helping to see them settled and safe in good homes; to help everyone that needs it find their own place of solitude.

Together, both he and Heather are dedicated to bringing hearth and home to those who would make Central Pennsylvania their next destination in life. Whether you are coming for the first time, or moving on for the last, they are here to support you.
